Topic:- "Design a to-do app that allows users to add tasks, edit tasks, delete tasks, update tasks (as completed), and set a reminder for each task. It should have a web and mobile version. Additional features have bonus points."

This week, we were supposed to collaborate with developers (both frontend and backend) and project managers, which was difficult because a process that would normally take a week had to be rushed for about two days. We had two days to conduct research and create a design system. The project question arrived late, complicating matters further, and the product manager began providing timelines with no bearings. The developers didn't help matters by whining and crying about how we were going to put them off. Anyway, my team was a hot mess this week; three people were sick, and only three people were interested in working at the same time. Our project last week was no exception, but at least people were interested in working; it's as if everyone inhaled a gas of disinterest. Samuel, Prosper, and Khay Ice were so ill that they needed drips. Kemi began working with us this week but left early, and so did Hodo and Tella. To be honest, this week was not at all encouraging, it was hard for everyone. I tried to lift everyone’s spirit by asking how they feel about this week’s project.

Kemi; “My time at side hustle has helped me improve my tech skill and my time spent in the group has helped improve my communication and collaboration skills.”

Tella; “The project isn't totally an easy one, we had challenges but we pulled through”.

Samuel; “The group has been the best one that I have worked with, our productivity and collaboration are inspiring”.

Abimbola; “The project didn't carry us along like last week's project, it was nice but inclusive”.

Edidiong; “I haven't really learned anything about both UX and UI in terms of practice. Most of the time I do not even understand what is being done in the group and it makes it hard for me to contribute.”

Khay Ice; “ I think it is a learning process, this week’s project was a bit harder than last week”.
After going through everyone’s suggestions and feelings, I think I have to do better as a leader and carry everyone to make learning easier for them.
